About IRDA
Indian Rural Development Organization (IRDA) is a voluntary, non-profit Organization working for Health and Welfare of the needy and poor people in Cuddalore District of Tamil Nadu. The Organization is already running a health care projects under the Leadership of Mr. KVMS. Saravana Kumar, the Founder and Director cum Chief Functionary of Indian Rural Development Organization (IRDA).
Indian Rural Development Organization (IRDA) a Registered Trust under Indian Trust Act. The Trust under the Leadership of Mr. KVMS. Saravana Kumar of Chidambaram was formed and Registered along withpersons of genial caliber and having similar interest in Social Development. The organization basically by social Thinkers And having enthusiasm in human service and their development. IRDA strengthen and empower rural people’s lives in Social, Health, Economy and environment in India. We are destined to support the needy rural communities with adequate care, protection, rehabilitation support with innovative service initiatives to alleviate their lives economically, socially, culturally and health wise.
Our Vision
To eliminate the Poverty and empower the down trodden, Poorest of the poor among the rural lives and ensure the sustainable Empowerment for the women & child, youth community reassure the lives of aged people and differently abled persons. To generate concrete flat form for the rural lives through participative sustainable growth and development programmes.

To Establish multi-Speciality Research centre so as to arrange for free education and free Service for Rural and other needy people.
To Establish Educational institutions, home for the Aged, Fitness and Educative Schematic Programmes for Youths.
To make the targeted Group as Self Reliant
To prevent Vulnerable. Infectious diseases, and to establish training and counseling, centres, communications & information education centers etc.
To promote Research and Development facility to undertake need based research, development, appropriate technology and extension packages to attain target out-put.

I. A survey of the villages under the project proposal will undertake just after the sanctioning of the projects and funds.
II. Staff will be selected for the effective and efficient implementation of the project.
III. Grass root workers and community supervisor will be appointed.
IV. Village level voluntaries will be engaged and paid
V. Project area doctor’s experts for the state(s) will be engaged to serve for the success
VI. Training of village level, block level and district level workers is aimed.
VII. Artisan will be trained for the project objects. Cultural team I the project area, play a major role in
implementation with love and affection.
VIII. A community based village campaign will start with the help of Urban/ Rural Communities/ Youths/ educated and the needy
IX. In awareness programmes which involve wall paintings, distribution of printed materials and audio visual
activities will find a place.
X. Training of villagers will be systematic/ Schematic.
XI. State, district, block and village level seminars, Conferences and awareness programmes will take place
effectively.
